During my thirteen-year tenure as a professional nurse, I have navigated a dynamic and fulfilling journey. Specializing in senior care, I take pride in being the reliable healthcare advocate for the community in East Tennessee. 

During my downtime, I soak up precious moments with my kiddos and family. When not on family duty, you'll catch me traveling, hiking, throwing punches at kickboxing, and savoring new foodie escapades at different eateries.

MaLissia Gunn- Co-Founder/Director of Operations

My professional experience was primarily in sales and marketing until 2022, when my bedridden mother-in-law moved in with us due to her fragile health condition. I dedicated 14 months to her total care until her passing. During this period, I gained valuable insights into home health care and developed a strong passion for assisting others. This led us to embark on a journey to support and advocate for top-notch client care. In my free time, I cherish moments spent with my grandchildren.

Marlana Herrod- Human Resources

I have dedicated over a decade to providing assistance and support to various businesses within the realm of human resources. One of the aspects I find most rewarding about my work in human resources is the opportunity to guide and empower employees in advancing their professional trajectories. Outside of work, my daughters are actively engaged in competitive cheerleading, a pursuit I wholeheartedly support. In my leisure time, I take pleasure in reading and cherishing moments with my family, which includes our spirited feline companion, Bella, who adds a special touch to our household dynamic.
